Are you ready to take on this challenge?

  1. Choose your High Protein Meal: Choose from one of the three delicious flavors.
  2. Mix 85 grams - about 2 scoops - with 300 ml of water or skimmed milk.
  3. Shake it up and take it for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Of course, you can make it as big as you want by adding a handful of nuts, granola or fresh fruit. 

Also note, our scoops are mentioned in cc. This is not the same as grams. 70 cc is the same as 35-45 grams. So you need to use two full scoops for one shake.

When and how often can I use High Protein Meal?

High Protein Meal is ideal as a meal replacement. So preferably take it at the times when you normally eat one of these meals. We recommend not to replace more than two meals a day with Protein Meal. Three is theoretically possible but it is not our intention to put you on a complete shake diet. In addition, eating healthy and varied is how you persist the longest.

How many kilos will I lose with High Protein Meal?

Everyone of us is unique and the journey of losing weight is then also different for everyone. Some of the factors that can determine the extent of weight loss are age, height, level of exercise, metabolic pattern, genes and diet.

Will I still get hungry after taking a High Protein Meal?

The scoops you receive with our High Protein Meal is 75 cc large. This is the same as 35-45 grams. To use the meal correctly you need to use two scoops.
