How to use

  1. Pour 250 ml of water into your glass, bottle or shaker.
  2. Add 6 grams, about 1 scoop, of the Creatine+.

For women who do regular strength training or intense exercise:
For fast build-up of creatine in the muscles: take 20 grams of creatine per day for the first five days (in the "loading phase"). After that (in the "maintenance phase") use 1 serving of 6 grams daily according to usage recommendations.
