How do you use the Cellulite Cups?
First, cleanse your face or body, then apply a cupping oil to your skin. Gently massage the oil in so the cups glide easily over your skin. For facial cupping, use a facial serum or moisturizer.
Place the cup on your skin, squeeze it, and release to create suction. Then gently move the cup across your skin using straight, circular, or zigzag motions, moving from bottom to top.
Use the cups daily or every other day for 2 to 5 minutes. You can also use the cups in the shower.
A Few Tips for Beginners
- Start gently: Begin with the smaller cups and gradually increase the intensity with larger cups to minimize the risk of bruising.
- Keep moving: Keep the cups moving while massaging and don’t leave them in the same spot for too long. Always remove them gently.
- Protect your skin: Avoid using the cups on open wounds, sunburned skin, or varicose veins. Also, do not use them on dry skin.
- Make it a routine: Incorporate cupping massage into your daily skincare routine for regular use.
Where can you use the Cellulite Cups?
Front of the legs and thighs
Alternate between the small and large cups to vary the suction strength. Squeeze the cup, place it above the knee, and release. Then slowly slide it upward toward the groin. Carefully remove the cup and repeat the motion a few times.
Back of the legs and buttocks
Use the small or large cups, depending on the desired suction. Place the cup above the back of the knee and release it so that it adheres to the skin. Slowly glide upward toward the buttocks and carefully remove the cup.
Jawline and cheeks
Use the large facial cup. Place the cup on your chin and move it slowly upward toward your ear. Follow the contours of your facial muscles for a firming effect.
Forehead
Use the large facial cup. Place it in the center of your forehead and move slowly upward and outward toward your temples.
Eyes
Use the small facial cup and apply extra serum around your eyes beforehand. Gently place the cup under the inner corner of your eye and move slowly outward toward your temple.
Eyebrows
Use the small facial cup. Place it above the inner edge of your eyebrow and move slowly toward your temples. Stay on the brow bone and avoid contact with the eyelids.
